Happy Halloween! It is another Friday, and The Musket has got the new headlines.

On October 18th, Lexington residents, including LHS students, joined a nationwide wave of No Kings Protests. Read more about the events here.

Last month, musicians brought their talents to stages across town in Lexington Porchfest 2025. With performances ranging from jazz to rock, the event delivered a celebratory atmosphere that brought Lexingtonians together.

As we approach the end of Quarter 1, we have all begun settling into our classes, including new additions to the curriculum. One example is Anatomy and Physiology, which has become an engaging option for those curious about the human body.

And on Wednesday, Dictionary.com announced its “Word of the Year”…. 67. Check out our very first cartoon.
