December is upon us! Holiday Season, and The Musket has the latest headlines!
On Monday, Lexington residents headed to the polls in a special debt-exclusion election, voting in favor of the new school building “Bloom”. Read more about the project that is vying to be the most expensive high school in America.
Some of our very own students voted in Monday’s election. For many seniors aged 18 and over, it was their first time exercising their right to vote, and many did not shy away!
With students attending LHS in the current building until 2029, there will be three years in which learning will be done adjacent to heavy construction. Learn more about the disruptions and planned solutions.
Many LHS teachers will continue their tenure long through the completion of the new building. For them, Bloom represents a shift not only from the hallways but also the environment they teach in.
